About Us
Independent Life & Pensions Group was established in 1997 by Directors Alan Bros and Joe Hill, shortly followed by fellow Director John Scully. Throughout its history, the company has strived to provide an individual and bespoke service to its clients.
In 1998, A separate company was formed – Avail Ltd, which provides compliance solutions to other firms of professional advisers. This company has been very successful and continues to go from strength to strength.
Our advisers are qualified by both experience and examination. Over and above standard industry qualifications, the Directors are also qualified to provide specialist pension advice, tax and estate planning, as well as a range of other more specialised areas.
We also offer a genuine choice of how to pay for our advice – a choice not normally provided by firms who are not independent.
We aim to provide a quality service for life. By knowing our clients well, we are better placed to help, no matter what life may bring. Normally, our clients have a specific adviser and a dedicated office administrator looking after their needs. This ensures continuity and understanding - a feature lacking from many services nowadays!
